                                         Abstract
For the moment the level of energy consumption in Indonesia have been exceeding of the
energy supply. The level of energy consumption that exceed of the energy supply causing
the crisis of energy in Indonesia. The comprehensively energy consumption consist of
household 23%, industry 38% and transportation 39%. Although the energy consumption
of household only 23% from all of energy consumption, but being our attention that the
another energy consumption such that industry and transportation are excited by
household energy consumption. So, the increasing of household energy consumption will
increase the energy consumption of industry and transportation. Although the part of
production will be exported but actually any part of them will give back to our country. In
other way, this is a way to increase the energy consumption in this moment. We need to
change our habit which usually using the energy in high awful with the energy saving life
style. To do this action, we need a methode to transfer our knowledge to the peoples by
using human computer interaction which need a software. The software which has to

Visual Basic 6.0 is one of object oriented programming which can help us to implement
the action for educational software in energy saving.

  • 1. Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering – University of Sumatera Utara THE DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE Case Study: The socialiszation of Efficiently Electrical Power Utilization Ori Novanda,ST,MT. Lecturer, Department of Electrical Engineering – University of Sumatera Utara Umar Sidik Student, Department of Electrical Engineering – University of Sumatera Utara Abstract For the moment the level of energy consumption in Indonesia have been exceeding of the energy supply. The level of energy consumption that exceed of the energy supply causing the crisis of energy in Indonesia. The comprehensively energy consumption consist of household 23%, industry 38% and transportation 39%. Although the energy consumption of household only 23% from all of energy consumption, but being our attention that the another energy consumption such that industry and transportation are excited by household energy consumption. So, the increasing of household energy consumption will increase the energy consumption of industry and transportation. Although the part of production will be exported but actually any part of them will give back to our country. In other way, this is a way to increase the energy consumption in this moment. We need to change our habit which usually using the energy in high awful with the energy saving life style. To do this action, we need a methode to transfer our knowledge to the peoples by using human computer interaction which need a software. The software which has to implemented in educational way and it can happen by using a language programming. Visual Basic 6.0 is one of object oriented programming which can help us to implement the action for educational software in energy saving. 1.
