  2. 2. Step 1<br />Use sport clothes and put on the floor a confortable rug or doyli.<br />
  3. 3. Step 2<br />You put lie back over the rug.<br />
  4. 4. Step 3<br />Step 3<br />You bend the legs, bend and put the arms on in the head.<br />o<br />o<br />O<br />
  5. 5. Step 4<br />* Start to blend the abdomen with help of the arms and legs.<br />* Repeat this motions ten times running everyday the first 2 weeks.<br />And often repeat this motions 15 times running everyday the next weeks.<br />
  6. 6. If you do it…..<br /> you have an abdominals so this !!!!<br />
