1. • 22 Schools are over 40% Hispanic
• 9 Schools are over 30%
• 12 over 20%

2. Hispanics will be 1/3rd
of the work force by 2050, but they have the lowest levels
of educational attainment as an ethnic group.
Over half of the Hispanic Tulsans do not have a high school diploma, and over half of those
people did not complete 9th
grade at all.
Tulsa Public Schools has reported to Community Service Council, current Drop-out rate for
Latino Students to be 50%
