The purpose of this project is to help my Taiwanese students who attend school from home learn English. Students will learn everyday English in this project, and their reading, writing and speaking skills will be improved.
It is also hoped that students may benefit from a little exercise as they take classes online during the pandemic.

1) the Covid-19 outbreak in Taiwan
2) schools closed since 5/18 (homeschooling and online learning started)
3) lack of vaccines and Level 3 alert extension
4) increased digital use affecting student's physical and mental health
5) importance of workout
6) transition to the upcoming demonstration videos of 3-4 workout moves
