have great benefits, it also can create
some challenges.
• Social media postings can also
generate an overwhelming number
of applicants
• It’s possible for it to not been seen by
the right audience
• Possibility of tarnishing the
company’s reputation if not done
correct

2. Monitor the postings dialing in the beginning
