The Victor Valley College Child Development Center was established in 1974 with the mission to provide a quality laboratory setting for Early Childhood Education students. The Center offers students hands-on experience observing child development while providing educational and developmental support for children. It also serves as a resource center for students and welcomes children of all backgrounds.
