We have provided our services since 1984. For more than 31 years.
“Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Child Care, Inc.” connects family and community. We continue
to keep families working, as well as provide community employment. Organize community job
outreaches for unemployed families. Families are able to work as well as attend college or
training schools days, nights & weekends 24/7. We provide fresh hot home cooked meals and
snacks with the assistance of California Department of Education Nutrition Program.
Transportation is provided to and from school to children that attend over 20 local elementary
and middle schools.
Our facilities are running near full capacity. We continue to receive requests from families
everywhere to provide services in other cities, counties, as well as outside of California.
On occasion we turn down families as we do not have space during various times and days
for different age groups of children. We are currently in the process of researching how we can
meet more community and family’s needs by expanding our services.
I’ve been working with the best role model a daughter could ever have, believes God has his
plans for each of us, and pushes everyone towards continuing education, hardworking, and
dedication to family, with the love of children that has carried on for decades, my “Mother”. She
has always supported our vision and continues to support my ideas and thoughts as well as I
support hers while being business partners and a Mother Daughter Team. For this” I Am Blessed!”
We are dedicated to providing families & children with “Quality Child Care & Early
Education.” Supporting families and children by focusing on quality services &
resources, self-acceptance, motivation, overcoming life challenges, mentoring, having

Personal Family Background about Us
Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Child Care, Inc. was established in, 1984.
Penny Nairn a single mother of 5 children and one more on the way had to provide a source of
income to provide for her family. For the first time in her life she was faced with no support and trying
to provide a home and food for her 6 young children. Her husband had walked out and couldn’t handle
the stress that came with having a home and a family to raise. She decided to do something that would
provide a supportive income and would use her skills of motherhood& nurturer. Penny began to
provide loving care & support to other families in the same situation, day & night. She could give of
herself without any hesitation or regret. Penny has always given her unconditional love and care to
children & families that needed someone to be there when no one else could. Services are provided to
parents single, married and sometimes struggling, while working or /and going to school. Peggy Nairn
her oldest daughter supportedand learned what compassion and giving from the heart truly meant at
an early age of 15. Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Childcare, Inc. slowly grew and continued providing
compassion, love, care, and early educational services to families at every economic level and every
cultural back ground you can think of, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Our family grew quickly within our home and outside of it. Over the decades we have grown and now
run two 24 Hour Child Care & Early Education Centers with a staff of approximately 30 including our
administrators, directors, teachers, teacher’s assistants, cooks, and a drivers. We are currently working
on expanding and we are in process of trying to apply for 2 available Metro Link Los Angeles Childcare
facilities that are not in use at this time. (Chatsworth & San Fernando) We are also researching other
locations to meet more families & community’s ongoing needs. We plan to continue to grow from there.
We are all about family & community.
Peggy Nairn, myself now a single mother of three beautiful daughters. I adopted my oldest daughter
and owned my 1st
home by the time I was 24 by myself, with my Mother’s support. I’m very independent
and self-supportive and I was taught the true meaning of life, by my Mother. I’m the oldest of Penny’s 6
children and her business partner. I've personally learned from Penny Nairn (My Mother) by having a
little faith, believing in yourself and working hard everything is possible! I am teaching my children the
same. I don’t use the term dream of what you are capable of or want to do with your life. I use the
statement “I believe” then by working towards your goals & beliefs it becomes reality not a dream. I’m a
2 two time cancer survivor, breast cancer & melanoma.
I believe together can make a better world for our children and ourselves. I am furthering my own
education by attending Pepperdine University graduating with an MBA in International Business by
12/2016. I also attend California State Assembly Meetings with different organizations and Advocate for
“Children & Families”. I am intellectually curious, I place my focus and energy on learning more about
people, places, and things going on around me. The more I learn the more I can use my knowledge to
help others. I am always available if not in person then by cell phone or text to everyone at any time.
We are a Christian family and we care for children of all beliefs in a multi-cultural & multi ethnic
environment. . I love diversity. Our staff speak multiple languages and make learning very special at all
levels. We are committed to providing quality childcare & early childhood education to every child we
care for and to give them an experience that will last a lifetime. We care for the family as a whole,
children of all ages (0-13) to make it convenient for everyone's busy schedule. You are welcome to visit
our Licensed 24 Hour Child Care Centers during normal business hours so that a staff member can give
you a tour of both of our facilities located in a residential area in, North Hills. You can also make an
appointment. We provide a security systems at each facility including camera monitoring. Each of our
six classrooms and play yards are monitored by security cameras. We provide an infant, toddler, &
preschool & afterschool classrooms in a learning environment as well as a home away from home
atmosphere during evenings & weekends. The Teachers and staff are fully qualified teaching staff. All
hot meals and snacks are provided at no additional charge with the assistance of the California
Department of Education Nutrition Program. I hope this gives you an idea about who we are and the
services we provide. We will welcome you into our family with open arms.

  • 6. Personal Family Background about Us Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Child Care, Inc. was established in, 1984. Penny Nairn a single mother of 5 children and one more on the way had to provide a source of income to provide for her family. For the first time in her life she was faced with no support and trying to provide a home and food for her 6 young children. Her husband had walked out and couldn’t handle the stress that came with having a home and a family to raise. She decided to do something that would provide a supportive income and would use her skills of motherhood& nurturer. Penny began to provide loving care & support to other families in the same situation, day & night. She could give of herself without any hesitation or regret. Penny has always given her unconditional love and care to children & families that needed someone to be there when no one else could. Services are provided to parents single, married and sometimes struggling, while working or /and going to school. Peggy Nairn her oldest daughter supportedand learned what compassion and giving from the heart truly meant at an early age of 15. Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Childcare, Inc. slowly grew and continued providing compassion, love, care, and early educational services to families at every economic level and every cultural back ground you can think of, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Our family grew quickly within our home and outside of it. Over the decades we have grown and now run two 24 Hour Child Care & Early Education Centers with a staff of approximately 30 including our administrators, directors, teachers, teacher’s assistants, cooks, and a drivers. We are currently working on expanding and we are in process of trying to apply for 2 available Metro Link Los Angeles Childcare facilities that are not in use at this time. (Chatsworth & San Fernando) We are also researching other locations to meet more families & community’s ongoing needs. We plan to continue to grow from there. We are all about family & community. Peggy Nairn, myself now a single mother of three beautiful daughters. I adopted my oldest daughter and owned my 1st home by the time I was 24 by myself, with my Mother’s support. I’m very independent and self-supportive and I was taught the true meaning of life, by my Mother. I’m the oldest of Penny’s 6 children and her business partner. I've personally learned from Penny Nairn (My Mother) by having a little faith, believing in yourself and working hard everything is possible! I am teaching my children the same. I don’t use the term dream of what you are capable of or want to do with your life. I use the statement “I believe” then by working towards your goals & beliefs it becomes reality not a dream. I’m a 2 two time cancer survivor, breast cancer & melanoma. I believe together can make a better world for our children and ourselves. I am furthering my own education by attending Pepperdine University graduating with an MBA in International Business by 12/2016. I also attend California State Assembly Meetings with different organizations and Advocate for “Children & Families”. I am intellectually curious, I place my focus and energy on learning more about people, places, and things going on around me. The more I learn the more I can use my knowledge to help others. I am always available if not in person then by cell phone or text to everyone at any time. We are a Christian family and we care for children of all beliefs in a multi-cultural & multi ethnic environment. . I love diversity. Our staff speak multiple languages and make learning very special at all levels. We are committed to providing quality childcare & early childhood education to every child we care for and to give them an experience that will last a lifetime. We care for the family as a whole, children of all ages (0-13) to make it convenient for everyone's busy schedule. You are welcome to visit our Licensed 24 Hour Child Care Centers during normal business hours so that a staff member can give you a tour of both of our facilities located in a residential area in, North Hills.
