The Requestor will:

club/organization

active in the past 2
years

2. Submit the
completed
packet to
Student Life
within the
renewal window
3. Student Life
submits the packet
to:
•Dean of Students
•College-Wide Student
Activities Coordinator
•Associate Vice
President for Student
Services and Enrollment
Management
4. Student Life will
email the
Club/Organization
President and Advisor
when official
recognition is
approved
