A hamburger (or cheeseburger when served with a slice of cheese) is a
sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat,
usually beef, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. Hamburgers may be
cooked in a variety of ways, including pan-frying, barbecuing, and flame-
broiling. Hamburgers are often served with cheese, lettuce, tomato,
bacon, onion, pickles, and condiments such as mustard, mayonnaise,
ketchup, relish, and chiles.
The term hamburger originally derives from Hamburg,Germany's second
largest city. In German, Burg means "castle", "fortified settlement" or
"fortified refuge" and is a widespread component of place names.

A hot dog (also spelled hotdog) is a cooked sausage, traditionally

The modern pizza was invented in
Naples, Italy, and the dish and its variants have since become popular and

In cuisine, an omelette or omelet is a dish made from beaten eggs
quickly fried with butter or oil in a frying pan (without stirring as in
scrambled egg). It is quite common for the omelette to be folded
around a filling such as cheese, chives, vegetables, meat (often ham
or bacon), or some combination of the above.
To obtain a fluffy texture, whole eggs or sometimes only egg whites
are beaten with a small amount of milk or cream, or even water, the
idea being to have "bubbles" of water vapour trapped within the

Cap cai sometimes spelled cap cay is the Hokkien-derived term for a popular Chinese
Indonesian stir fried vegetable dish that originates from Fujian cuisine.
Various vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, Napa cabbage,
carrot, baby corn, mushroom, and leek are chopped and stir fried in a wok with small
amount of cooking oil and water, added with chopped garlic and onion with salt,
sugar, soy sauce, ang ciu Chinese cooking wine and oyster sauce for taste. The liquid
sauces were thickened using maizena (corn starch).
Cap cai could be made as vegetarian dish, or mixed with meats such as chicken meat,
liver or gizzard, beef, fish, shrimp or cuttlefish, and slices of beef or fish bakso
(meatballs). The type and numbers of vegetables differ according to recipe variations
and the availability of vegetables in each household, but the most common vegetables
in simple cap cai are cauliflower, cabbage and carrot.

Kwetiau is a kind of flat-shaped noodles. Kwetiau as an alternative
source of carbohydrates other than rice and noodles. One
presentation called kwetiau is fried fritters, there is also presented
in the form of soup.

It’s usually fried or cooked with gravy sauce or soup. For Hokkian-

Fu yung hai is very popular Chinese Indonesian cuisine in which in Chinese
known as Egg foo young. Literally meaning “lotus egg’, it made from eggs
and often minced ham and with various vegetables as bean sprout,
bamboo shoots, cabbage, spring onions, mushroom and water chestnut.
They also add meat as roast pork, shrimp, chicken, beef or lobster.
Despite is very popular in Indonesia as street-food (means you can easily
find it in Chinese food seller along the street), Fu yung hai is very simple
to make. In Indonesian cuisine, the omelette is usually made with minced
chicken, prawn or crab and add carrot. The dish is served in sweet and
sour sauce with peas and carrot.
