2. OBJECTIVES
In your group of 3-5, you will “hack” an Atlanta-based, Black-owned
start up.
As we cover each section of a Strategy Plan, use The Black Burdell
Strategy Guide to analyze each element of your assigned business
with your facilitator.
Complete a SWOT analysis of your business and effective strategies
to combat your Threats and Opportunities.
Discuss how this Strategy Planning technique can apply to YOUR
business, brand, or initiative.
