Article 24 of constitution
of India says, "No child
below the age of 14 shall
be employed to work in
any factory”,
It includes prohibition of
employment of children in
certain occupations and
processes.

Basic standards of living can reduce problem to a great
extent .
The world bank and international monetary fund can
help in eradicating poverty.
Strict implementation of labor laws is also essential in
order to prevent exploitation.

Social malady of child labor can be brought under
control, if each individual takes responsibility of
reporting about anyone employing a child below 1
years of age.
Thus, instead of ignoring, one should find out
about reporting children and how such children
can actually be saved.
Child labor can be controlled if the government
functions effectively with the support of public.
