4. Course description
The course is aimed at exploring principles
and theories of administrations.
It enables learners to apply these principles
and theories in nursing services.
It also enables learners to be able to utilize
concepts of organizational behavior,
leadership and communication skills.
It assists the learner to critically analyze
leadership and supervision theories.
5. Course objectives
To enable the students to:

of management supervision.
2.Develop problem solving approach in various
nursing situations.
3.Discuss in detail leadership and its theories.
4.Develop understanding of organizational
behavior and factors which influence it.
