This document describes an engagement platform for sports, fitness, and wellness brands and influencers to monetize their expertise and followers through mobile content. The platform allows coaches and trainers to deliver free and paid mobile content like training plans, videos, and coaching to users. Users can access this content through a native mobile app that works offline and online. Coaches can manage and add content through a web interface and users can purchase content through in-app purchases. The platform provides features for workouts, nutrition, recovery, and video channels.

Each training plan or small-group training is
introduced to the user so they can understand who
the plan/group is for. Everything can be offered in
multiple languages (default language is chosen
according to device settings).

8. Apps are divided in to four main
features:
Workout, nutrition, recovery and
channel. Features can be switched
on or off (not everyone wants to
offer nutrition content).
Workout forwards the user to his/her
training plan. If user doesn’t have any
training plans, then he/she has to choose
one of the workouts available (free or
paid).

9. Training and instructions
Training plans contain single
workouts. Workout can be divided
in to different exercises or
everything can be explained with a
single video.
Apps have tracking features (optional), meaning user can
track how he or she felt during training. Reps, kilos,
everything can be tracked. Each exercise can contain
video and text instructions. Even exercise history is
available (when did I do this exercise and what kilos/reps)
10. After the workout is done, user can
finish it.

written about the workout, can be seen by
the coach online (if the client is part of 1on1
or small-group training)

11. Nutrition and diet plans can be
given by the coach to his/her
athlete. Athlete can have
multiple coaches, all working
together.
Nutrition / diet plan can be exact guides on what to eat or
just simple guiding on what to eat and what to avoid (not
macros).
You can have different diets for different days (training
day, rest day, game day). Diet plan can contain links,
videos, what ever coach sees necessary.

12. Recovery is by default divined in to 6 different
topics: Mood, Motivation, Nutrition, Muscle
soreness and Sleep quality & quantity. All topics
are explained and can contain tips and videos on
how to improve.
Recovery feature enables user to evaluate
his/her recovery. User is given a recovery
score, which works as an estimation how
he/she has recovered, comparing to earlier
scores. This feature is flexible and can be
changed for coach needs.

13. Each video contains description, tags, price and
length. All the videos for the app can be uploaded
online and are hosted securely in Amazon Web
Service.
Free videos can be hosted in YouTube and
other channels as well.
Channel is a VOD service that enables user
to stream videos. Videos can be free or paid.

media and makes it easy to purchase and
