12. Mortgage Compensation Plan Through out this presentation you have seen the great compensation plans, however the Mortgage compensation is the most highly paid plan of all. If a client is looking to repair their credit in order to purchase a home and we close that loan through our Mortgage Network within three months of them entering the program, you will receive a bonus up to . 6% of the loan. If this is your Team Affiliate client they will receive . 6% of the loan with a . 2% override . Example: Home purchase price $ 150,000 @ .6% = $900.00 Example Home purchased price $ 150,000@.2% override = $300.00 If you didn’t have a client purchasing a home, but 5 of your Affiliates had closing of $100,000 each =$500,000 you would receive in addition to the credit repair compensation $1,000 . This can continue to go on. However, Once your Team Affiliates reaches 6 of more you will receive a 4% bonus.

13. Ranks and Overrides Receive overrides off the sales from the affiliates you bring to UANCS.
