PROJECT BASE
Is where a client desires a set fee for a definable activity over a three month duration such as managing and producing an entire event, event conception, brand building events identity package, or perhaps an entertainment, influencer, WOM marketing campaign, event management, or sales and marketing plans. BFM Movimiento estimates the budget required for the project and sets a 15% management fee accordingly. The client pays the set project price whether it takes more or less hours to complete. Client does not receive an accounting of the hours it took to perform the project.
ANNUAL FEE BILLING ARRANGEMENT
The annual fee is $24,000.00 which guarantees a client six weeks or 240 hours of agency time per year. The fee is paid in equal monthly installments which will be billed at the end of each month.
The Annual Fee does not include out-of-pocket expenses incurred in conjunction with the implementation of a client's program. The fee covers agency hours only. Services as
design, layout, event materials, productions services, photography, illustration, printing and other outside services associated with the creation and production of a client's
program will be billed to the client with no agency markup. Supplier's invoices will be
provided to support such outside costs. A budget, based on all known components, will be prepared, submitted and approved by the client prior to the beginning of the client's
program. Individual projects may be re-estimated during the program year, if
circumstances require.
BFM Movimiento bills at 15% of the overall budget of a program.
(includes all planning, research, creative, administrative and travel time devoted exclusively to a given project)
