expansion, we open opportunity for candidates experienced and qualified to fill the position of:
TUGAS UTAMA :
 Melaksanakan dan Mengawasi semua kegiatan pekerjaan Finishing agar sesuai dengan
perencanaan progres yang telah di tetapkan.
TANGGUNG JAWAB :
 Melakukan pengawasan terhadap kualitas pekerjaan finishing gedung/project yang
dilakukan oleh para staff/sub-con
 Memastikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan finishing di lapangan sesuai dengan jadwal yang
telah ditetapkan.
 Memberikan teguran kepada para staff/sub-con yang melakukan pekerjaan finishing
tidak sesuai dengan standard kualitas.
 Menyusun laporan secara periodik mengenai perkembangan pekerjaan finishing dan
kendala yang dihadapi di lapangan kepada Project Manager/Site Manager/Site
Engineer.
KETERAMPILAN :
 Usia min. 35-45 tahun.
 Lulus pendidikan min. Dip-III/S1/S2 dari program Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur dari
universitas ternama.
 Memiliki pengalaman min. 5-10 tahun di posisi Finishing Inspector (Finishing
Supervisor) terutama di proyek proyek Steel-Civil Structure building, kontraktor
konstruksi gedung.
 Bersedia penempatan diseluruh project di Indonesia.
