ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
Let me know by end of day today if you cannot attend this class.
4. Presentations will be capped at 15
minutes, followed by 10 minutes of
guest critique.
5. 1. Clear and compelling articulation of the problem (concise /
clear user research findings and thorough understanding of
the space)
2. Creative, clear design solution that solves user problems - full
user flow as well as visual design concepts
3. Polished, rehearsed presentation with cohesive narrative
structure and clarity of thought
Grading Criteria
6. 1. Problem setup
a. Client request
b. Competitive landscape
c. User research findings (personas, quotes, graphs, videos, photos, etc.)
2. Design Solution
a. Elevator pitch (some great examples of product videos)
b. Storyboard/Storytelling
c. Product demo/walkthrough - video, performance, prototype, whatever
works to show the full solution - in the context of a user’s narrative (don’t
just show us the designs, show how it would be used)
d. Let us in on your process (“behind the scenes” look @ methodology)
