  4. 4. Knowledge about user Project life time OK, we did some user research up front in the beginning of the project. But do we actually know more now? Isn’t this weird? Don’t you think this is strange?
  5. 5. Knowledge about user Project life time Shouldn’t it be like this instead? This is a lot more like it! Now we increase our knowledge of the user during the project. But how can we achieve this? Does anyone know?

Once you get this going you may get to get to change things, even at a later stage - just maybe now you all have the end users in focus and
