Richard and other criminals in prison discuss plans for one last attempt to get revenge on Detective Whittaker who put them in jail. Richard proposes breaking out of prison under cover of darkness to ambush Whittaker. The scene then flashes back to Richard covered in blood after a previous attempt. In the present, Whittaker approaches an abandoned warehouse, unaware of the criminals' plan.

1. CRIMINALS CLUB
SCENE 1

SCENE 2
Criminals Club dressed in orange jumpsuits sat around in
a small circle in their prison socialisation room.
Disinterested guard standing offside reading a book.
RICHARD
We need to work out a way, a way
that we can take him down one
last time.
SCENE 3
Detective Whittaker's feet walking up towards the disused
warehouse.
SCENE 4

SIMON
Yeah, let's do this.
RICHARD
We need to do it better than last
time too, no more daylight -
we're going in the dark.
FLASHBACK (CROSS BLUR)
SCENE 5
Richard holding knife covered in blood with blood all
over his hands, standing stressing out in a small dark
corner.
SCENE 6
Richard running down train station ramp covered in blood,
sweaty stressed and heavily breathing.
SCENE 7
Close-up of Whittaker's hat as he walks towards the
building.
SCENE 8

RICHARD
He's gonna wish he never messed

slowly and steadily as though he is used to the way he is
walking.
