Position Description<br />Title:Senior Traffic Coordinator<br />Reports to:VP, Director of Traffic & Project Management<br />Position Summary<br />This position is the crucial link among all departments: account services, art, copy, editorial and production. This position is responsible for project managing all jobs in the agency. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.<br />Traffic Responsibilities<br />Maintain & update electronic job logs and create job folders for all materials to be routed in<br />Organize team start-up meetings and generate all new project timelines <br />Send out daily alerts to team via email regarding status and timing of all jobs<br />Provide weekly status information to the agency:<br />-Conducting weekly status meetings <br />-Update & distribute weekly status reports to entire team<br />Route all projects through entire team:<br />-Ensure proper sign off by Account Services, Art, Copy, Editorial, and Production <br />Provide all status updates to team: Answer questions, reassess timing, identify potential issues and facilitate in solving problems <br />Prepare materials for client submission<br />-Coordinate all deliverables for the client & prepare material submission form<br />-Maintain all copies for the job folder to keep records <br />Advertising Server Organization:<br />-Store all traffic documents under the product folders; ensure all start-up documents are completed and serve is maintained properly<br />Coordinate all work with Zebra Studios and Retouching Department<br />-Provide direction/instructions from the teams to the Studio managers <br />-Communicate timing & updates for all jobs<br />Education:<br />Bachelor’s degree (preferred)<br />Experience:<br />Previous traffic experience with with advertising/marketing agency; preferably pharmaceutical <br />Knowledge & understanding of Agency workflow processes<br />Proficient in MS Office systems: Word, Excel<br />Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities <br />Extremely strong interpersonal and relationship skills<br />
