3. Target Vs Achieveement
TARGET: Kharif 250 acres, Rabi 100 acres and summer
30 acres irrigation potential in 5 villages in 2 years.
ACHIEVEMENT: 3 villages have received irrigation
Pipe fitting is going on 2 villages.
28 acres covering 56 households in 2 villages during
last Rabi season 2012-13
Household water supply to 149 families.
250 farmers trained on improved variety vegetable
cultivation.
Exposure visit to successful sites with 91 farmers
4. PROMOTION OF AGRICULTURE
SRI Promoted with 35 farmers in 16.3 acres
Stump of Pointed Gourd (Kunduru) with 75 families for
promotion of kitchen garden.
Leveraging from ATMA: Hybrid Mustard in 7acres
with 14 farmers and Hybrid Maize in 5 acres with 6
farmers
Leveraging from NABARD: Gajendra Olua in 7.4
acres with 36 farmers
5. CBO Promotion and Strengthening
13 SHGs formed in the DBI villages
5 Farmers’ clubs formed
