In our project, the Cumulated Earned Value (CEV) equals the Cumulative Actual Value
(CAV), as 100% of each activity was completed within the month it was planned
The Cost Performance Index (CPI), then, is also 100% (1.0), as $1 of earned value was
realized for every $1 expended to-date, and the Cost Variance (CV) is $0.0 as well
The Forecasted Cost at Completion (FCAC) of the project with a CPI of 1.0 remains at the
total budgeted cost (TBC) of $687,900
