for mutual benefit.

StartUpSeed: is looking to target people in and out of
college who are looking to start their own busiess, or use
their skills to help an existing start-up grow.
Market: College and University undergraduates &
graduates in the NY area. This market has a total of
5.22M people 5.52M (College graduates = 5M ; College
Students = 552K)
