• With 78% of sales in personal care, had sales of 483M with 25% of margin , with highest
sales in east.
• Sub category wise the business of body care and cosmetic were highest sales ,and store C
and D has the same business , And oral care(10M) and house cleaner(11M) were lowest
sales.
• Total business of sales was nearly 614M.
Analysis of 2017
• With 78%,north and south region had greater business with personal care, 5M more
than last year , with similar pattern.
• Store B and D has greater business, then other stores.
• Total business of sales was nearly 622M
Analysis of 2018
• Highest business from both the year , body care had 238M of business, leading with
cosmetic 151 M of sales, here F & D and hair care had nearly same sales
• And store A sales highest from past 2 years, store C has lowest in compare to past years,
• Total business was 631M.
Analysis of 1st quarter 0f 2016
• In 1st quarter of 2016, west region had highest sales.
• Store E had 18 M of sales in body care
• And body care and cosmetic had only 10 M difference in business , but oral had 3 M.
• Overall sales was nearly 200M.
Analysis of 1st quarter of 2017
• With same business as 2016,1st quarter
• Store C had highest business with 24 M of business in body care
• Overall body care business increase as compare to last year 1st quarter.
• Overall sales was nearly 200M
Analysis of 1st quarter of 2018
• Sales increase by 1M overall in 2018 1st quarter ,by personal care sales of 10M
• Again body care sales increase with compare to all business.
• Overall sales was nearly 201M.
Analysis of 2st quarter of 2016
• In 2nd quarter of 2016 , 80% of personal care sales with 166M and east region had
highest business. and highest 83M of sales of body care.
• Store A and E had lowest business of sales 39M.
• Overall sales was nearly 208M.
Analysis of 2st quarter of 2017
• With same business in last year of 2nd quarter ,but increase in 1 M in food and
Beverage.
• Store B has highest 24 M of sales had overall 50M business, but overall lowest sale 2M of
Oral care.
• Overall sales was nearly 204M.
Analysis of 2st quarter of 2018
• Lowest of 35M in west but store E had highest business in sales.
• Store B sales gradually decrease in every 2nd quarter of year.
• Overall sales was nearly 212M.
Analysis of 3st quarter of 2016
• In 3rd quarter north region had highest business .
• 83M of sales of body care ,and 22M in store B which had highest business.
• Overall sales was nearly 208M.
Analysis of 3st quarter of 2017
• Overall 216M of business ,Include 79% of business with personal care.
• In this quarter cosmetic business increase from last year.
• Here also north region had highest business.
• Overall sales was nearly 216M.

• With increase in 2M in sales from last year same quarter, and north has lowest sales
• 85M business in body care is highest in overall quarters.
• Overall sales was nearly 218M.

• Store B has 9M of body care of business , which leads to its sales is double than cosmetic.
• Store D in 3rd quarter had highest sales in body care with 10 M,
which leads to its sales is double than cosmetic.

• North region in 1st quarter of 2017 ,store C had 9M of sales of body care.
• Here in this region body care and cosmetic had same business, and hair care had 4M sales
Analysis of highlighted region in 2017
• Here in this region body care and cosmetic had same business, and hair care had 5M
sales same as food and beverage.
• First time , Here cosmetic had 3M sales greater than body care. With lowest house cleaner
sales.

• Oral care had lowest sales. Hair care and f & B had same sales
• Here in this region body care had less sales than cosmetic sales , and hair care had more
sales than food and beverage. House cleaner had lowest sales.

• Overall business leads to nearly 80% of personal care sales, with east had highest sales.
• And store B had highest sales .
• Overall business is 1868M.
PRODUCTS WISE SALES MONTLY IN DIFFERENT YEARS
• 1st and 2nd quarters sales increase,3rd quarter had mixed business, perfume had highest sales.
• Gradually increase from February ,but lowest in November
• Last from September business gradually decrease but had highest business, liquid detergent
