About me. Coach specialising in niche. 15 years. Founder of Audere. Specialise in leverage. Book.
Creator of program.
Leveraged is about three areas.
I'm going to bring 100% of my energy and best today, and you will smash it if you also bring your A-Game.
So, if you feel yourself drifting out or lulling along the way, snap back, stand up, walk around the room or do whatever you need to come back.
My aim today is to cover off some things today that may push you to feel uncomfortable with, or haven't done before.
Right. All of this stuff we cover, some is going to be brand new. New is good, it means you're in the right room.
The second one is KNEW. Stuff you've heard before, but don't do it. Some is going to, "That's right, I used to do that" stuff. Seen that, Done that.
Was it Bruce Lee that said, "To know and not to do is not to know". If you know it, then let's make sure you're doing it.
This is the most important bit. Have you ever been a seminar and left with a notebook full of great ideas but never do anything with it?
Let's not do that. Let's do the work today and take responsibility for making it happen.
Awesome. So let's kick off.
Ok, So let's just summarise the key lessons here.
1. You can't do it all if you have goals to grow.

I think Steve Jobs nailed it when he said
“People think focus means saying yes to the thing you've got to focus on. But that's not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully...Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things.”
Technology can and will help your business and your productivity, but you have to pick wisely and be willing to let go of things along the way.
So, here's the opportunity here, and why I think it's time to change the way you think.
Life is not getting simpler, it's getting more complex. The world we live in is more detailed and more data rich than the one our grandparents grew up in. The world our kids will grow up in will most likely be even worse.

So, I kept pushing him to embrace tech, and Geoff is not an inflexible guys and not a technophobe, but he just didn't get around to it. There was always something else.
You know how it is. You make a recommendation to a client, you outlay how to make their world better, but still they resist. It's not logical, but it's how it works, right?
Eventually we did it together, killed it in 3.5 mins vs. 15 odd mins normally @40 wpm!
Next week he emailed me to say (excerpt) 14 files notes in one week, the team was freed up and he was no longer the bottleneck.
This is one of a whole bunch of tech hacks we're exploring, uncovering and sharing within the program. Craig recently shared one with me that's going to change the way I manage form communications templates within the team, and it's one I'd written off until he reintroduced it to me, which shows the power of a real life case study, right?
What's the link with Silicon Valley here, you may ask, well it's this.

About a week after we'd run through the session and he'd done it with his new VA Lisa, I got a message...
Lisa Marie is an absolute gun - she has mastered my emails already and I have had less than 10 emails to action at the end of each day since Tuesday. She booked her first appointment for me today and I has awesome initiative. Really excited about the time this will free up for me.
And the following week, I got another.
Good week here Mr Bell - Lisa prepared 4 Vision (client proposal) documents with no errors, had seminar in Bendigo which went really well and just finishing off the last of the InFocus docs this arvo.
The ideal week worked really well when I explained the reason behind it to Alison and Lisa - every meeting next week is in the right allocation of time.
That was in the first two weeks alone.

If you’d like tto find out if and how I can help, and identify the major constraints in your business, book a call and we’ll jump on and talk about your business.
In that session we’ll talk specifically about your business, your situation, and the things you need to do to move forward and you can book it by visiting the link which I’m going to put on screen and also in the chat box, it will take you to a page that looks like this, if you can’t get to the link, it stay on the line and put your email in the Q&A box and we’ll talk, I don’t have a whole bunch of time in the next week but pick a time and I’ll call you at that time, and that’s about it!
How about we jump into some questions?
[Principle 2 slide] Ok. Let's kick into Principle 2. Plug n Play.
Now to you.
You should have already done your audit by function.
Let’s start by asking what you do that is your Genius – drive you and your team forward and you’re awesome at.
What could possibly be eliminated, outsourced, automated, improved or delegated.
Time code, then select 5 that you think you can work on between now and the next 90 days.
