Seek and apply constructive feedback from supervisors and
teachers to improve teaching practices
Improving practice based on Mentor Teacher Feedback and Professional Advice:
Receiving feedback and advice from my Mentor Teacher and staff within the school
significantly impacted on my reflection as I was able to understand areas of
improvement in terms of my teaching practice from another perspective.
Mentor Teacher Feedback
My Lesson Reflection, Evaluation and Follow-up:
These reflections were often promptly undertaken after lessons and
were based on the feedback given in order to understand follow-up
action and make adjustments in order to enhance effectiveness. Once
follow-up lessons were conducted, I reflected further on the outcomes to
make connections between the significant differences and benefits of
evaluating each lesson.
