This document summarizes the agenda and presentations for a BigHertsBigIdeas for Business Network Meeting hosted by the Buildings Research Establishment. Unfortunately the day to day
operation is conducted from two sites
in different locations with no direct
public transport links between them,
so car reliance is essential to avoid
unnecessary travel time.
The information regarding
alternative travel options, the
opportunity to network and the
partnership re train and bus travel
issues has been much appreciated

It’s useful to see the initiatives in the
local area and to keep up the
momentum throughout the year. It's
always helpful to see what other
companies are doing, to engage with
the council and to be connected to
local transport providers to discuss
options with them.
We have over 3,000 staff on site
and getting the info out to all from
differing retailers has proved
challenging but worthwhile.
