GetLaunched! helped plan and coordinate TheMEproject's first annual Back 2 School with a Purpose event. The event aimed to provide school supplies and empower youth ages 10-18. GetLaunched! handled strategic planning, logistics, registration, marketing, and on-site coordination. On the day of the event, they greeted 83 youth attendees and ensured all aspects of the event ran smoothly. Through collaborative planning, the event met its goals and objectives of supporting youth and engaging the community.

• We created a Facebook Business Page for TheMEproject and
customized it for our needs

– Embeded Eventbrite into page event registration

– Managed page with updates as event unfolded

securing a PSA on Majic 102.1 – which aired 10 days prior
to event.
• We also were invited to be guests on Sunday Morning Live
with Val Wilson & J. Thomas Smith (a week before event)

an event T-shirt with handwritten note attached
11. On-Site Coordination

• Point of Contact on-site for all questions, concerns, & etc
• Facilitated venue set-up/Clean up
– Ensured all plans were carried out

• Cleared venue 30 minutes before desired end time
