CJSC “Vitex” and JV “Belita” Ltd. are leading domestic cosmetics companies in Belarus producing professional hair and beauty products as well as household chemicals. They have a full production cycle from formula development to product realization through their own distribution networks in Belarus, CIS countries, and abroad. Their products meet all technical and legislative standards as confirmed by numerous tests and their enterprises have received ISO quality and environmental certifications. A PR plan is proposed to promote the Belita cosmetics brand through online beauty journals, social media influencers, sponsorships, trade show events, tutorials, mass retailer partnerships, contests, and seasonal focused advertising.

communications within administrative borders of Moskovskiy district of the city of Minsk.

3. Established production
There is a full production cycle at the enterprises: from development of the unique preparation
formula, creation of packing design with the following product assimilation in manufacturing, to
products realization through its own commodity distribution network of brand stores and sections,
own trade houses, general distributors and dealers, operating on the territory of the Republic of
Belarus as well as in CIS and foreign countries.
