5. Efficient use of assets and improvement of the financial
condition of Uzkimyosanoat JSC organizations
For the modernization, expansion of existing and creation of
new energy-efficient capacities for the production of nitrogen,
phosphorus, potash and complex mineral fertilizers on the
basis Ferganaazot JSC and Dekhkanabad Potash
Fertilizers Plant LLC Uzkimyosanoat JSC is planning to sell
a 51% shares of both companies.
Farg'onaazot JSC specializes mainly in
the production of acetate yarns,
defoliants and cellulose acetates (for the
production of acetate fibers), mineral
(nitrogen) fertilizers, including:
Ammonia 450 thousand ton
Ammonium nitrate 500 thousand ton
Nitric acid 396 thousand ton
Urea 360 thousand ton
Organization of production of potash
fertilizers makes it possible to expand the
volume of production and export of mineral
fertilizers produced by the enterprises of
Uzkimyosanoat JSC. Dehkanabad Potash
Plant JSC, which produces 600 thousand
tons potash fertilizers, is the only producer
of these products in Central Asia.
