this communication between doctor and nurse is not present it will affect the health of
patient and customer satisfaction , and repetition of the hospital.
◦ Link between clinics and the pharmacy to request the drugs by recommendation
from the physician ,and the list of available drugs which sent by the pharmacy, if no
communication some drugs are not available which affect the health of patient and
customer satisfaction
