A questionnaire of The Intensive
Reading Lecture
• 1. I am responsible for my own learning and do activities which enable
learning beyond the classroom.
• 2. I take responsibility involves taking ownership (either partial or total)
of my learning. I engage in learning activities of my own volition, actively,
and for pleasure.
• 3. I use the language creatively and to use appropriate strategies for
communicating meanings in specific situations
• 4. I engage in independent work and to use appropriate learning
strategies, both inside and outside the classroom
• 5. The Intensive Reading lecture enables me to take charge of my
own learning, determine my objectives, select methods and
techniques and evaluate the knowledge and skills that I have acquired
• 6. I manage the learning activities after the learning activity’s
direction has been set by my lecturer
• 7. Online listening helps me to get new vocabulary and optimize my
reading comprehension skill
• 8. Videos in teaching reading provide a description of the text and
develop my comprehension about the text.
• 9. Offline Collaborative activity (in classroom) provides more
opportunity to discuss and share the learning materials and task than
online collaborative activity (online chat log)
• 10. The use text in offline activities and tasks has more benefit than in
offline activities and tasks
