THE MODEL
Organizations around the world emphasize on the culture good corporate
governance. This makes it imperative for the integration of good governance
into corporate governance for sustainable development. – “Good Governance is
perhaps the single most important factor in organizational development”
OBJECTIVE
Promote Good Corporate Governance - Leverage global expertise in corporate
governance to help companies improve their access to capital through the development
and the implementation of strong corporate governance. Enhance cooperation to
improve corporate governance by developing and implementing governance codes
LEARNING
Corporate Governance has always been an area of priority for any organization. The
role and activities of CG are aimed at creation of a facilitative streamlined and
harmonized regulatory environment that promotes voluntary adoption of best
practices and self-regulation by corporates without additional regulations and
encourages economic growth. Deliberations at the Summit facilitate review of
corporate governance standards and practices in national and international context,
distil and disseminate the quantifiable benefits of corporate governance with a view
to enhance awareness of emerging concepts, establish the role of corporate
governance in value creation and thus enhance greater acceptability and adoption of
good governance practices by the organizations.
PROGRAM
The Day Long Summit of plenary sessions of keynotes and panel provides an
opportunity for high- quality discussion and interaction among Corporate Leaders,
Board Members, CEOs, Senior Management, Team Leaders, Aspiring Managers,
Professionals from organizations at Corporates, Financial Institutions, MNCs, NGOs
and Government bodies and other thriving industries.
KEYNOTE
The corporate board - Governance - A Board is the body of people given
the power to supervise, manage or “govern” a company, organization. The
board can lead governance by providing purpose, leadership, direction and
strategy and ensure the proper management of finances along-with effective
operations management within a legal boundary.
The success code - Branding - When an organization communicate its
brand throughout within, it becomes easier for the team to achieve success
because they all know what success for the company is empowered though -
Fostering a strong sense of company culture to reach the purpose, Actively
listen the employees, Focusing on values and Find the right balance between
flexibility and consistency.

The Open Book - Financial Compliance - Compliance is conforming to a
rule, such as a specifications, policies, standards or law.
Regulatory compliance describes the goal that organizations aspire to
achieve in their efforts to ensure that they are aware of and take steps to
comply with relevant laws, policies, and regulations. The organizational
objective is to ensure that it has internal control that adequately measures
and manages the risks it faces.
The Winning Streak - Strategic Management - Strategic management is the
continuous planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of all that is
necessary for an organization to meet its goals and objectives. Strategic
management involves - Analyzing internal and external strengths and
weaknesses, Formulating action plans, Executing action plans, Evaluating to
what degree action plans have been successful and making changes when
desired results are not being produced.

The Change Makers - People Empowerment - A management practice of
sharing information, rewards, and power with employees so that they can take
initiative and make decisions to solve problems and improve service and
performance. Empowerment is based on the idea that giving employees skills,
resources, authority, opportunity, motivation, as well holding them responsible and
accountable for outcomes of their actions, will contribute to their competence and
satisfaction.
The Corporate Shield – Big Data - Organizations are aware of the adverse
consequences of disclosure of their data. Each organization should develop,
enforce and update a comprehensive data security plan. That plan should
include an inventory of the different categories of data collected, stored,
processed or communicated by the organization. Security policies and
procedures for each category of data should be clearly defined and
expressed.
