2. Technology is a beautiful thing!
Besides, we use it every day while
surfing the net, using our smart
phones, driving our cars, shopping,
email, career opportunities, finding
friends that we have lost throughout
the years, and the reasons are
limitless… I obviously strive on
Technology not only as a means of
everyday functionality, but also as a
career that I love and enjoy.
Unfortunately, like a book with a
beautiful cover but has no pages to tell
a story, technology has hidden the
personality of the people we see.
Thanks to slideshare, I now have a
means to show you who I am, how I
got here, and my dreams of where I
hope to go! So pull up the curtain, go
beyond the monitor that separates us,
and take a peak of just what’s inside.

7. I have been a team member with Ted’s for over 8 years. I started out as a Server and
quickly moved up to Counter Server. After a months time I then became a Team Lead
helping to manage a restaurant with 30 plus employees. After proving my leadership
qualities and doing a cost assessment on half sours and cookies, I then made a
presentation of my findings and presented to the corporate office. The presentation
helped to further my career in the corporate office as Operations Assistant. The
presentation then was rolled out to the field and helped save the company quite a few
dollars and cents with new procedures that are still alive today. I then received a
promotion into the Payroll Department as Payroll Assistant. When I decided to venture
into the field I loved most, I used my own vacation time and funds to achieve two IT
Certifications to further my career with Ted’s as Systems Support / Assistant Network
Admin. That is a short story of where I came from and who I have become with Ted’s.

13. “In my career at Ted’s Montana Grill I worked with Stephanie Scandrol in many different capacities. I always found her to be very professional with a
caring attitude at the same time. I watched as Stephanie excelled in some very different rolls with our company. This is a testament for many of her greatest
attributes. Stephanie was always a very honest, responsible, loyal, compliant, diligent, and hard working company representative. You could count on
Stephanie to always give her best to all her responsibilities. Because of this she was a great asset to both the restaurant support center and most importantly
the operators on the front lines. I could always count on Stephanie to respond to any questions or needs that I had in a timely manner. Stephanie was
consistent in her delivery of expected results even in the most unthankful rolls of guest recovery and IT solutions. In the present day enviornment of
increased work load with less people Stephanie always proved her worth by being willing to take on new challenges and tasks. I have no reservations
recommending Stephanie Scandrol . She will be an asset to any company allowing her to use her skills and apply her passionate approach to her work.”
