Instrumentation Engineer, QD-SBG, Hamad International Airport Project, Qatar. (Jan 2013 – Present)
 Supervise operation of District Cooling Plants consisting 22 centrifugal chillers (2500TR) and associated
equipment including cooling towers, pumps, distribution network and Air Handling Units through BMS.
 Monitor electrical switch gears (11 KV, 6.6 KV & 415 V) and 5 KVA generators using PMCS.
 Analyse plant anomalies, perform root-cause analysis and propose remedial actions to Department Head.
 Formulate and scrutinize SOPs and EOPs for plant operation, shutdown and restoration.
 Manage subcontractors involved in maintenance of special systems and coordinate their activities.
 Maintenance of waste collection network for WWTP consisting 42 automated sewage lifting stations.
 Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm system and fire suppression systems for utility
buildings as per NFPA 72, NFPA 25 and NFPA 2001 guidelines.
 Troubleshooting, maintenance and calibration of transmitters by Endress + Hauser, ABB, Siemens, Onicon
and control valve actuators by Centork and Auma.
 Review control narratives, flow diagrams, P&IDs, Cause & Effect diagrams, IO schedules and O&M manuals.
 Lead and motivate O&M team to achieve monthly KPI requirements, targeting zero down time.
 Correspondence with vendors and manufacturers, coordinate procurement of spare parts.
 Facilitate safe performance of all in-field activities, complying with HSE guidelines and LOTO procedures.

users through Novell IDM.
