Business Analysis
                           Exercise # 1 – Identify business analysis opportunities
An FMCG firm recently had its annual strategy planning meeting. Senior Management went through
a SWOT analysis of the firm. After review of its current state of business and future market
scenarios, management decided to get into a new business segment – healthy foods. CEO appointed
a category director for the new business segment. The category director and his team needs to
analyze current capabilities of the organization, new capabilities needed and a phase wise
implementation plan to launch the new business in 2 years.

For this initiative, identify as many business analysis opportunities as you can and classify them into
“Enterprise Business Analysis” and “IT Business Analysis” categories. Also classify high level
requirements in the following categories:
     Business Requirements
     Stakeholder Requirements
     Solution Requirements
     Transition Requirements
