It is a platform where one advertises ones own
potential, abilty and skills.
CV Review Process
• The objective of screening resumes is to select
candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Having a set process for CV review will ensure
consistency in hiring efforts and identify the
best prospects for interviews effectively.
Things to Check
• Qualification : Check for relavant qualification
as this can be the deal breaker if it doesn’t
allign with the criteria set in Job description.
• Experience, Skills :Numerous jobs held over a
short period of time or unexplained gaps
between jobs are not necessarily matters to
be concerned about, but they need to be
properly explained by the candidate.
Things to Check
• Roles & Responsibilities – Candidate’s prior
roles & responsibilities are very good
indicators of the hands on experience he has
over the skills listed.
• Career Goals – This is not really a deal breaker
but can help you notice the candidate’s
commitment and willingness to adapt and
ones effort to allign oneself with the given job
description.
