CURRENT JOB PROFILE
Optimization of the Network 2g&3g.
• Checking the Cell - RF Parameters, TCH drops, SDCCH drops, Handover
failures, Congestion, Call setup Success Rate.
• Analyzing the drive test log files conducted to find the causes of the call drops,
blocked calls, handover failures, ping-pong handovers, poor quality, poor C/I and
other interferences.
• Frequency planning for new site and existing site (BCCH, BSIC, MAIO and
HSN).
• Conducting RF Audit to verify the planned location, azimuths, feeder swap, tilts
& TRU Faults handing.
• Carrying out consistency checks between OMC and RF plan and default
parameters, checking mutually defined neighbors.
• Responsible for data connectivity problems .(GPRS,EDGE)
• Responsible for voice and HSDPA&HSUPA in 3g as a monitor engineer.
EXPERIENCE:
• Having two years experience drive test in 2G and 3g(3 months)
• Attend customer complaints, DATA and VOICE.
• 2g:Work as a RF monitor engineer for MSC and BSC activities.
• 3g:work as a RF monitor engineer for RNC activities.
• Comparing the Quality of service of different operators.(TRAI DRIVE).
• Attend SCHEMA drive for KPI improve.
• Continuous monitor for problematic site’s.
