LHS Tennis!
The Lakeview High SchoolTennis Boosters are raising funds to support the construction of a shelter
building and concessions area to meet the needs of the tennis program.
The building site is located at the eight new LHS tennis courts, just north of courts #3-#6. During the
constuction of the High School, sewer, electricity and water were brought to the site.
This project will benefit student athletes involved in both boys and girls tennis by providing storage,
restrooms, food concessions, meeting space and shelter for inclement weather.

2. Lakeview High School Tennis Building Brick Order Form
Beautiful lettered bricks which can be engraved with names, dates, special messages,
Sparty or your company logo are now available . All proceeds will go toward the con-
struction of a new tennis building and concessions area located at the new LHS tennis
courts.
Ordering Information
1. All orders will be confirmed in
writing. Please review each order
carefully. Requests for changes
must be given in writing prior to the
deadline given in your confirmation
letter.
2. Please submit a separate form for
each brick ordered. When ordering
multiple bricks, all forms must be
submitted
together to ensure that they are
placed together. This form may be
reproduced.
3. Your message must fit within the
spaces provided for the size brick
selected. Exceptions will not be
permitted.
4. Your message must be consistent
with community standards. The
Lakeview School District reserves the
right to deny any request in which
case a full refund will be provided.
5. All text will be a standard size, font
and style. Letters and symbols not
found on a standard keyboard may
not be used.
6. Camera ready artwork must be
submitted with the order form when
selecting bricks with a company logo.
