Zombie FeZtival Productions LLC (“ZFP, LLC”),
presents, “Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile Island”, a fast-
paced Bloodthirsty, Outdoor Adventure.
The Ancient 1663 curse of “Bone Pile Island” comes to
life during the Wednesday evening of the 4 Day “2021
Bone Pile Island Music Festival” and an innocent day of
fishing for two old Army buddies, Rick and Daphne.
A dark shadow looms over the Musical Festival as early
festival goers enjoy themselves, meeting Old & New
friends, choosing their special campsites, relishing the
fresh air.
Meanwhile, Rick and Daphne have a slow day of fishing.
The last catch of the day is the beginning of the end for
them. They catch a strange, terrifying, 2 mouthed, 5-inch
fanged Prehistoric zombie fish that immediately attacks,
turning them into bloodthirsty zombies. In order to
quench their thirst for blood and human flesh, Rick and
Daphne head towards the Music Festival and for the
next 12-hours, the movie-goer is immersed into total
mayhem in the “1950’s Horror Movie Style”.
“Zombie FeZtival Productions, LLC”, is pitching two
things:
• Our movie “Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile Island” has
an excellent opportunity for a very positive ROI.
• The $5 Billion “Everything Zombie Retail Industry”,
that has a well established and very profitable
ancillary markets.
The “Everything Zombie Retail Industry”, leaves no stone
unturned, such as: Zombie Foods, DVD Sales, Video
Games, Comic Books, Novelties, Halloween Costumes,
National/International Zombie Cons, Zombie Walkers,
Zombie Art and Multiple Social Media Platform Activities.
Zombie films have a loyal fan base and challenges “the
Trekkies” as a group who faithfully purchase merchandise.
Zombie movies are an excellent opportunity for a high ROI
and unlimited ancillary market opportunities.
“ZFP, LLC” have long term plans to establish a very
profitable Franchise, based on “The $5 Billion
Everything Zombie” market and “Our Ancient 2
Mouthed, 5-inch Fanged Fish” with its love for FLESH

Our management style is a Mini-Studio System with a well-developed (SOP). “ZFP, LLC” believes that all
successful motion pictures are “made” in Pre-Production.
Marketing Campaign Overview
Our Marketing Campaign is a well-
coordinated plan with a Distribution
Campaign to match. We conducted an
deep dive internet search for “Everything
Zombie” and very quickly found
hundreds of websites devoted to Zombie
movies and “Everything Zombie”
Phase 1: Create a Buzz to make the
Zombie community and the general public
aware of “Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile
Island”, as a Motion Picture.
Phase 2: During actual pre-production, we
will provide timely information to all
relevant social media platforms (such as
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc.).
Phase 3: During actual production, our social
media campaign will provide consistent content
to a variety of traditional (national, regional,
local) media and select social media outlets.
A two-minute Zombie Blog will be produced
reviewing the prior days shoot. Our goal is to
create a “Star Wars” Level of excitement for the
release of “Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile
Island”.
The marketing approach will constantly be
redefined with the adjustment of advertisement
and video trailers as the market dictates.
Our goal is to implement an inexpensive
marketing campaign so we can drive the target
audience to our website, The Movie, and
eventually help create a Zombie FeZtival
Franchise.
The distribution of Motion Pictures has changed dramatically
over the past 10 years. We are exploring all possible
traditional outlets and social media platforms available to
“Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile Island.
We are very excited about the number of streaming
opportunities for “Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile Island”. The
world of streaming video has blown up; VOD, PPV, SVOD are
all viable outlets/platforms.
Distribution Strategy
THE TEAM
Steven L. Jones (Executive Producer/ Line Producer) has over fifty years
production experience such as DAUGHTERS OF THE DUST, which won the
Best Cinematography at Sundance in 1991 and was selected for preservation
by the National Film Registry in 2004.
Donna Lee (Writer/ Director) an independent filmmaker for over 30 years, has
produced and directed numerous videos for The U.S. Postal Service, Cornell
Medical College's Prevention Institute, and over 30 public service messaging
campaigns for various national organizations.
Chyrea Murdaugh (Producer) founder of 1012 FILMS attended University of North Carolina School of Arts with 15 years of
production experience. She is currently developing shows in collaboration with Jilly Thunda Productions
Vernice Grant (Associate Producer) has over 50 years of business/personnel management and computer science
development experience including[ng Senior Project Management and Adjunct Professor. Ms. Grant was also
responsible development of student curriculums including film and documentary development and computer program
development for the Federal Government and Private industries.
Natalie Wilkins (Director of Marketing) is a Customer Experience/Marketing Manager in the transportation industry who
develops marketing and promotional campaigns, social media strategies, and event planning. Natalie spent over 30 years in
broadcast television in Programming,
Keri Brown (Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer) has five years of experience in the graphic design industry. Keri currently
works in the Marketing field, producing marketing materials, executing social media campaigns, and working on website
development.
THE INVESTMENT
Zombie FeZtival Productions LLC is looking to raise 1.5
million dollars to produce the horror film “Zombie
FeZtival on Bone Pile Island”.
With the strength of the Zombie Horror/genre’s
consistent positive “ROI”, “the $5 Billion Everything
Zombie Retail Industry”, its very profitable ancillary
markets, these factors provide a strong incentive for
investor financial participation.
Upon request by the potential serious investor, the
Zombie FeZtival management team will provide the Top
Sheet/Budget and our projected shooting schedule.
PRODUCERS NOTES
Hello my name is Steven Lewis Jones, the Creator and Executive Producer of
“Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile Island". Starting out as an Office PA some 50
years ago, I’ve had the opportunity to work at all production level positions, and
taught physical film motion picture production at a major university for over 18
years.
The idea for Zombie Feztival on Bone Pile Island came to me at 3:30 AM in the
morning on the back of a golf kart at Red Wing, a 4 days Music Festival. A voice
asked, “What would happen, if Zombies attacked a musical festival?”, thus the
beginning of Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile Island. My friends asked me, “why a
zombie movie?” and I asked myself the same question. After doing a deep dive
into the $5 billion dollar ”Everything Zombie” retail industry, I discovered that the
Zombie Movie genre and the vast array of Zombie ancillary markets are very
lucrative. After exploring the Horror/Zombie Franchise Industry also, I envision
establishing a very profitable Zombie FeZtival Franchise as well.
I have not been able to find a zombie motion picture produced in the past 5 years or even longer that has not made back its budget
plus a very positive ROI. I am pitching two things here, the strength of the zombie motion picture genre and the $5 Billion a year
“Everything Zombie industry”. Zombie Feztival Productions, LLC will be a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) signatory, working under the
Low Budget Agreement. (see Reference Slide).

The Ancient 1663 curse of “Bone Pile Island” comes to life during the Wednesday evening of the 4 Day “2021 Bone Pile Island Music Festival” and an innocent day of fishing for two old Army buddies, Rick and Daphne. A dark shadow looms over the Musical Festival as early festival goers enjoy themselves, meeting Old & New friends, choosing their special campsites, relishing the fresh air. Meanwhile, Rick and Daphne have a slow day of fishing. The last catch of the day is the beginning of the end for them. They catch a strange, terrifying, 2 mouthed, 5-inch fanged Prehistoric zombie fish that immediately attacks, turning them into bloodthirsty zombies. In order to quench their thirst for blood and human flesh, Rick and Daphne head towards the Music Festival and for the next 12-hours, the movie-goer is immersed into total mayhem in the “1950’s Horror Movie Style”.

Chyrea Murdaugh (Producer) founder of 1012 FILMS attended University of North Carolina School of Arts with 15 years of production experience. She is currently developing shows in collaboration with Jilly Thunda Productions Vernice Grant (Associate Producer) has over 50 years of business/personnel management and computer science development experience including[ng Senior Project Management and Adjunct Professor. Starting out as an Office PA some 50 years ago, I’ve had the opportunity to work at all production level positions, and taught physical film motion picture production at a major university for over 18 years. The idea for Zombie Feztival on Bone Pile Island came to me at 3:30 AM in the morning on the back of a golf kart at Red Wing, a 4 days Music Festival. A voice asked, “What would happen, if Zombies attacked a musical festival?”, thus the beginning of Zombie FeZtival on Bone Pile Island. My friends asked me, “why a zombie movie?” and I asked myself the same question. After doing a deep dive into the $5 billion dollar ”Everything Zombie” retail industry, I discovered that the Zombie Movie genre and the vast array of Zombie ancillary markets are very lucrative. After exploring the Horror/Zombie Franchise Industry also, I envision establishing a very profitable Zombie FeZtival Franchise as well.
