Young Rewired State is a week-long hack event for young people held across multiple UK locations each year, where participants learn coding skills and work in teams on projects using open data. Participants present their projects at the end of the week to audiences from government, industry, and press. Past projects have included maps, data visualizations, and apps created using open datasets. The event provides mentors and experts to help participants at any experience level, from beginners to more advanced coders, develop their project concepts and coding skills.
