Since its founding, the firm has worked with M&A firms in deal research and analysis, business enterprises with
technology acquisition and R&D institutions with new technology development.
Saibal has 25 years of international executive experience in technology development, innovation management,
marketing & sales and investments in the high technology and manufacturing industry spanning US, Europe
and Asia. Over the years, he has advised a number of Fortune 500 (SAMSUNG, Hyundai, Acer, Caterpillar, Volks
Wagen, GM ) CIOs in formulating the organizations’ business and IT strategy. He specializes in Innovation
Management and Entrepreneurship and was among the early pioneers in the world in Computer Integrated

Multimedia Super Corridor project of Malaysia, where he was the director of the start-ups development. He is

Prior to that Saibal worked internationally with Hewlett-Packard, AT&T in a senior management capacity and
EMAG, Germany as a senior R&D engineer. He was a founder member of both Manufacturing and the Product-
Process Innovation Management Practices in Hewlett-Packard and has led both the practices for the Asia-
