Let’s Stay Together • Within 30 Days of Closing • Each client will receive a thank you card and will be asked for referrals if we met their expectations. • A post-close survey will be sent to each client to ensure that we are providing the best service around and correct any deficiencies. • Follow-up phone call will be made to answer any questions. • Quarterly • A Rate Watch Report will be sent to show the client how their mortgage is performing in the current marketplace. • Annually • Clients will have an Annual Equity Review completed for them. • A 12 month follow-up phone cal will be made to review the current mortgage plan and do any re-structuring necessary to help clients achieve their financial goals. • We will send a personalized birthday card to each client.

- We pride ourselves on being a local, family-owned business. You won’t get a generic voice when you call in to us, but you also won’t feel like you are talking to someone in a call center. Being small allows to have a personal relationship with each client.
- Here are a few of the loan programs we have available. We can literally do anything your client might need. For example, if they have low credit scores, we can show them how to raise them and qualify for lower rates. We offer very competitive pricing and creative mortgage planning to best serve the needs of our clients.
- It is our goal that these services will increase our level of client retention and lead to more referrals. In addition to this, we are actively “revving up” our marketing campaign. We are pursuing aggressive direct mail and e-marketing campaigns. In addition, we are trying to develop some name recognition throughout IL and WI. We have also joined a number of associations that give us access to businesses and their employees. We are hosting workplace seminars promoting the benefits of homeownership. We will also be sponsoring community service events and seminars. By doing so, we are planning on growing significantly in the next 6 -12 months. It is our goal to be the premiere mortgage broker in all of Lake County. We believe it is always good business to work with people who are actively promoting themselves.
- I’d like to start off by showing you a way we can help your business. Our website is designed to be a lead generating machine - and that includes leads for home buyers. This is a sample of a listing on our website. All of the information that goes on the MLS is also placed here. You can load up to 10 photos AND include a virtual tour. When the ads are created in Craigslist, we provide a link directly to each individual property. Once we receive a lead, we forward it on to you within minutes.
- Here are a few things that we are doing to actively promote our name and our services. By the end of March, you will be hearing radio advertisements for (company name) and see our rates posted on the web in places like MSN Money, Yahoo Real Estate, Mortgage101.com, Loan.com and more. We are also embarking on a large direct mail and e-marketing campaign. We are hoping that the combination of all of these will drive prospects to our website or call us to request information. This is the first way YOU as a realtor can benefit from a partnership with Mortgage Managers. We can list all of you properties on our website and on Cragislist. In the last two months, we’ve seen an increase in web traffic to our site of over 1000%! That means there are 3000 people that have visited our site and could be looking at YOUR property listings!
- As we move along, I’d like to unveil our new client retention program. It’s been said that gaining a new customer is 4 times as costly as working with a current or former client. As you may know and understand, client retention can be difficult in this type of business, however I think you will find our program to be unparallel to any other. Once a home loan is closed, many companies feel that the majority of their job is over. We feel that it is just beginning. In a strong effort to improve our customer service and promote referrals and repeat business, we have made an investment in some training, proprietary tools, and innovative technology. In addition to the program we have listed above, clients will be receiving monthly e-newsletters from Mortgage Managers. We feel that if you work with us to become an Affinity Partner, you too will benefit from the exceptional level of service we provide.
- This is an example of the Rate Watch report that is sent each quarter. The analysis that is done captures the current status of the loan’s performance and presents it in the context of today’s market conditions. It truly allows our clients to maintain control over how their loan is performing in relation to their financial goals.
- Also, here is a snapshot of the results produced by the Equity Repositioning Analysis. This report will be generated to each client beginning 12 months after their closing. It’s another way to put control in our client’s hands. This truly is a tool designed for wealth accumulation and financial goal planning. This analysis represents the value and power of restructuring your debt and equity.
- Just a couple of last thoughts before we wrap up. There are other opportunities for us to work together. We could co-host an open house, you could join us in sponsoring a Public Service seminar or event or we could establish our own host of programs that would allow us to do some co-operative marketing. For example, we could do a feature on your company in an upcoming newsletter or promotional piece. The possibilities are endless.
