This document introduces the third annual Art and Drama week hosted by A.C.O.R.N. (Artistry, Communication, Opportunity, Resource, Nurture) in 2011. The camp uses theater craft to promote self-esteem, literacy, and independence for deaf and hard of hearing middle school students. It is led by founders Camille Jeter-Lorello and Frank L. Dattolo at the Holley Family Village in Michigan. The village provides housing and facilities designed to meet the needs of the deaf community. Past productions include The Secret of Abiyoyo and students learn skills through rehearsals, performances, and outdoor activities.
