Problem Statement
Flutter is a well-known phenomenon in aero
elasticity that can lead to catastrophic failure of
structures if not detected and prevented. The
prediction of flutter in composite structures is
particularly challenging due to their complex
behavior under different loading conditions
Methods to predict Flutter
Several methods have been developed for
predicting flutter in composite structures:
1. FEM
2. Extended Kantorovich method
3. Genetic algorithm (GA)
4. Artificial neural network (ANN)
5. Physics informed neural network (PINN)

Proposed Research Topic Prediction of Flutter analysis of Composite plate using PINN
Research Methodology
Machine Learning
The main objective of this study is to develop a
PINN-based method for predicting flutter in
composite plates and validate its performance
using experimental data.

3. PINN Model Development

Expected Outcome
1. Development of a PINN-based method for predicting
flutter in composite plates.

  • 9. Problem Statement Flutter is a well-known phenomenon in aero elasticity that can lead to catastrophic failure of structures if not detected and prevented. The prediction of flutter in composite structures is particularly challenging due to their complex behavior under different loading conditions Methods to predict Flutter Several methods have been developed for predicting flutter in composite structures: 1. FEM 2. Extended Kantorovich method 3. Genetic algorithm (GA) 4. Artificial neural network (ANN) 5. Physics informed neural network (PINN) FEM combine with ANN Proposed Research Topic Prediction of Flutter analysis of Composite plate using PINN Research Methodology Machine Learning The main objective of this study is to develop a PINN-based method for predicting flutter in composite plates and validate its performance using experimental data.
