TRENDS OF CONSUMERS IN 2020
My way – normally consumers buy locally. Products like personal energy micro-manager
reduces energy consumption and establish online partner relationship.
Sell it to me – taking the sustainable way requires hard work due to resource scarcity and
global deal on climate change. Retails putting only sustainable products on the selves thereby
reducing in-use impacts.
From Me to You – communities are again going for local food and energy production as
resources and scarce and hence costly. So resource wastage is discouraged and recycling and
re-use are the new trend.
I’m in your hands – companies are now leasing lifetime’s supply of key goods like heat,
water and nutrition. Now these companies are leasing these resources under the strict
legislation has made it easier and highly sustainable. Consumers take a “waste not want not”
attitude and expect government and business to take the lead on delivering sustainability.

It also pumps huge amounts of money into other industries, notably advertising and retail Big players in the industry include Sara Lee, Unilever, Nestle etc. Amul, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Dabur India Ltd. are some of the largest consumer companies from India.
