Western Freightways LLC – the Colorado based carrier - was recently acquired by New Century Transportation, one of the
industry's fastest growing carriers. Under the arrangement, Western Freightways will operate as a wholly-owned New Century
subsidiary. The acquisition took effect December 1, 2006, marking a significant expansion for the company into new markets
