Learning English abroad has several key advantages over learning it in one's home country. It immerses students in an exclusively English environment where they must use English for all daily activities and communication. This forces them to think in English as well. Living in an English-speaking country also helps students improve their pronunciation and develop an accent close to a native speaker's. However, some individuals may struggle to adapt to a new culture and find it psychologically difficult and expensive to learn a language abroad.

better than learning it in your own country. First of all, it is very important to have
the opportunity to live in an only English environment because you have to speak
the language all the time whether in class or in daily activities such
as, shopping, asking directions, watching TV. Especially if you are living in a
dormitory and if you are the only Turkish student there, you have to speak English
to get along with other international students from other countries. When there
is no way you can speak Turkish with anyone, you need to speak English to
survive in a place where nobody understands Turkish. Living in London or New
York and trying to achieve success in your language classes will also make you
think in English. All around you there will be people communicating only in
English and after sometime you will start thinking like the people living there and
your mind will create ideas in English. What is more , you will feel yourself like an
English or an American person living in that country for many years. Finally
, hearing and listening English all the time will help you to have almost native like
pronunciation and accent. You mind will automatically copy the sounds you hear
around you and it will make you learn the accent and be fluent in the language. So
learning and studying English language in its native country have a lot of
advantages.

6. On the other hand, there might be some people who
cannot adopt themselves in a new environment and
culture. This unique psychological situation they have
prevents them to be happy in a new environment and it
becomes really hard for them to learn the language
because in their minds they resist to like the people or
their language /culture. So they feel pain instead of
pleasure out of living in a foreign country. Another point
might be the very high expenses of being a student in a
foreign country could cause problems of living and
studying. However there are always chances of finding a
job if you can well adopt in the culture. So living abroad
and trying to learn a new language is full of challenges
and new opportunities.
