Writing 1 students will be able to--
 Enter Writing 2 with prerequisite pre-writing, writing, and
revising skills
 Construct developed, organized, mostly grammatically
correct, paragraphs and essays of various types, including
narrative, descriptive, and argumentative
 Begin to develop, and become more aware of, a writing
persona in relation to various audiences
 Engage in effective peer review
