                     Consider the aims of a devised performance piece of your choice, answering the questions
                     below.

What is the theme of the piece?

The theme for our performance is mime.

Why did we choose the theme? (E.g. what was it about the theme that excited and/or inspired us.)

We chose mime because it is performing in a way that you normally wouldn’t. We all watched some
mime before and found it very interesting and thought it was original and we will enjoy performing as
well as people watch it.

Who is it for? (E.g. family audience, teenagers, pre-school children.)

The performance is aimed for teenagers because we think they will enjoy it the most. Other people are
allowed to watch it too.

What do we want our piece to do? (E.g. shock, amuse, educate.)

We want our piece to make the audience laugh and show them mime can be very interesting.

What style(s) of performance will we use? (E.g. naturalism, musical theatre.)

Our performance includes dancing and has some sounds playing in the performances.

What are the dramatic possibilities of the piece? (E.g. for plot and character development,
staging.)

The dramatic possibilities of the piece is that we are in character though out the whole performance.
